wadhamgivingday.hubbub.net is a site operated by Wadham College ("We", “Wadham” or the “College”) in conjunction with Sponsorcraft (trading as Hubbub). The Wadham administrative offices are at Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3PN.
Wadham College is a registered tax exempt charity number 991277875 and registered with the Fundraising Regulator.

We amend these terms from time to time and we may update and change our site from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
In order to use parts of the Services, you may be required to register with wadhamgivingday.hubbub.net and select a password and “user name”. You shall not:
Wadham reserves the right to refuse registration of or to cancel a user name in its sole discretion and to disable any user name or password, at any time, if in its reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the Terms. You agree not to use another user’s account without such other user’s express permission.
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. You must not disclose this information to any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Wadham immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accordingly, you agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Information about you and your visits to our site
Electronic notification policy
By using the Services, you consent to receiving from Wadham all communications including notices, agreements, legally required disclosures or other information in connection with the Services (collectively, "Contract Notices") electronically.
All donations are collected via Stripe. Stripe is a payment service which processes credit card, debit card and other types of card payments from users. We are not responsible for the performance or fairness of Stripe. Given the occasional failures of some credit cards, we cannot guarantee the full receipt of the funds raised. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions or issues arising from making a donation via the site.

The term 'Content' or ‘Material’ means any content, including (but not limited to) videos, audio clips, text, software, pictures and other features and information which Wadham has made available as part of the Services, including content which you have uploaded to the Site in accordance with the Terms.
How you may use material on our site
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it, including our logos. They are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Wadham gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive licence to use the Content provided to you on the wadhamgivingday.hubbub.net site as part of the Services. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the Services as provided by wadhamgivingday.hubbub.net, in the manner permitted by the Terms. Use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of any part of the Services (including any Content) other than for personal, non-commercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Wadham.
Your user-generated contentAny content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
User-generated content is not approved by us
This website may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site, including to bulletin boards.
Wadham reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any part of the Services. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to remove any content which we have been notified is objectionable, whether or not the objection is substantiated, and otherwise to review, edit or delete any comments posted by users which we deem defamatory, unlawful, threatening or otherwise objectionable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted in law, we accept no responsibility or liability for any material communicated by third parties via the site.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
Wadham College reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict access to all or any part of the Services at any time without notice or cause and such termination and/or restriction will be effective immediately. This may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information and/or Content associated with your membership. If you wish to terminate your account at any time, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Wadham will effect the termination of your account, and remove your information from the Site, as soon as reasonably possible.
When the supply of the Services to you is terminated, for whatever reason, these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect. These include (but are not limited to) your obligations in relation to conduct, content, intellectual property rights, payment and indemnification, and Wadham rights in relation to payment, content, intellectual property.
